The consistency is not so lightweight, it's still got some viscousity. It comes out in a gel formula but once it touches my skin it melts down to watery-like serum. This leaves my skin smooth and hydrated. This product is my holy grail! This also soothes my nodules in just one night. This contains so many beneficial ingredients to heal skin barrier. This does not smell like anything, this is the best moisturizer for oily skin! This does not break me out nor does it irritate my skin. It is a basic moisturizer but it will surprise you with its ability to heal acne!
