🧡Alive:Lab Cotton Candy Ball🧡 I received this product for free from @alivelab_global in exchange for my review. ✨Brand: Alive:Lab is Korean skincare brand which products are formulated with natural and essential ingredients to achieve clear, healthy and flawless skin. ✨What it is: 100% cotton balls soaked in Glycolic Acid solution to gently exfoliate the skin for smoother and softer complexion. ✨Key ingredients: ✅Luffa Aegyptiaca Fruit Extract - rich in vitamins, soothing and moisturizing ✅Salicylic Acid - dissolves skin debris that clog the pores ✅Glycolic Acid - removes dead skin cells, improves skin tone and texture ✨Packaging, texture, scent: The product comes in a plastic jar with tweezers. The soft cotton balls are soaked in generous amount of liquid with strong sweet smell. ✨How to use: The cotton balls are supposed to be gently swiped over the skin before makeup of after cleansing, recommended to be used every 2-3 days. Also can be used to fix the makeup. ✨Price: ~15 USD ✨My experience: When I came across this product online, it seemed very interesting, so I was excited about the opportunity to try it!

When I received the product, first of all, I was surprised how small the jar is. The amount of balls is not mentioned on a packaging, but there was no more then 20, so they won’t last for a while. Second, they have quite strong sweet scent that I do feel on my face for a while and don’t particularly like. Other then that, the cotton balls are soft, well soaked in the solution and are easy to use. The liquid absorb good into my skin and doesn’t leave any tackiness behind. There’s no stinging, burning or irritation. The product does good job exfoliating my skin gently and making it feels softer and smoother. It didn’t make any difference in my blackheads though. ✨I do find this cotton balls convenient to use (especially if travelling) gentle way to exfoliate the skin, however I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing as there are lots of other affordable products that’ll provide similar results, but last way longer. It’s also too fragrant for my liking.
