I think it has good protection. My skin is very oily and it didn't cause me any problems.
I also liked that it gives a primer effect to the skin and it has no smell.
It takes a long time to absorb and sometimes you have to wait more than 20 minutes to apply after the serums because it peeled everything.
Also a bit pricey.
