It helped my compromised skin barrier to heal ,calms reduces redness & Vit E keeps my sensitive skin glowing & hydrating.It smells like a baby cream and the very mild fragrance lingers around for 3-4 hours. It may not be enough for dry to very dry skin people. This product is great for everyday wear with Vit C serum & SPF.It works amazingly as a primer/base before makeup.
