YuWy review for Safe Me. Relief Essence Toner

I’m pretty critical of toners and essenses just because I believe many of them are all talk but this is one I plan on keeping on my shelf. Just like the other products in this line it’s a godsend for soothing irritation while still providing hydration. I’ve been using it after cleansing and I feel my treatments soak into my skin better after I use this. It also immediantly takes away that most cleansing tightness I get sometimes.
