Kombucha Gyeol-Biome Ampoule
The Elishacoy Kombuca gyeol-biome ampoule has 82% Kombucha extracts and this is one of the first Kombucha product I have tried.
The ampoule has black tea ferment obtained by fermenting Black tea in jeju island for 506 hours , prebiotics and lactobacillus as well. The ampoule claims as " An ampoule containing beneficial ingredients to improve skin texture and strengthen skin barrier"
My take on the experience:
∆I used this ampoule religiously for several weeks and it has no scent to it. The mist from this brand is fairly popular and some reviews say it has fragrance however the ampoule surprisingly has little to minimal fragrance.
∆ The ampoule is viscous, gel like but applies inherently smooth over skin surface with no tacky or sticky feeling. I really like my treatment products non-sticky as it can get quite tricky to layer moisturizer over. I have dry skin so I go for ampoule layering as well and it still didn't bother me.
∆ The ampoule does feel refreshing, hydrating but not nourishing for the texture it possesses. I expected it to be abit more on the intense feeling. Skin texture, coming to it, on the first few weeks, my skin felt bouncy and radiant (I used this ampoule alone even for AM and PM) I'm not sure to comment about the barrier strengthening as skin disturbance is multifactorial. But it was a fairly excellent experience with this ampoule, however is it a necessity? I don't think so, but if you need a simple no fuss ampoule for AM routine I can recommend this.
∆ I use retinol 0.1% once a week and I used it with this ampoule and I had no trouble with the layering. So what I think is, it's a simple,no fuss, elegant ampoule that's like an extra add on for your routine.
Isn't so nourishing and requires layering
