It has no scent and a texture is practically watery with a hint of viscosity. The product is ideal for daily use because it is light and does not make the skin look oily. Since it was developed with a milder ingredients list, I believe it restored my skin's pH balance. I'd read some bad feedback about this toner and was going to give it a low rating until I tested it with a moisturising serum I had on hand. Oh my goodness, it's been a long time since I've seen such beautiful, glowing skin! I forgot that ceramide always goes well with most ingredients, so I'll have to try this toner with some of my other serums and moisturisers!
