The toner pads have a subtle citrus scent and leaves a refreshing feeling after using it. The quality of the pads are great and soft. It comes with 60 pads, and since they're so thick and soaked, it only takes one pad to wipe down my entire face. As you can see from the picture, it has an embossed texture on one side. The other side is smoother, gauze side. The essence saturated in the pads feel smooth on the skin and doesn’t leave sticky or oily residue behind which is great since I can use this in both morning and night routines. It is targeted to brighten and even skin tone. I have only used it about a week, so I have not seen those results as of yet. As a basic toner it is okay.
