Runny consistency with a peachy shade, when blended gives a decent tone up appearance on my skintone, may look more apparent on darker skintones.
Has a strong fragrance which I can't quite explain. It gives a dewy look onto the skin but I don't like the finish as it feels oily/tacky to me. It also doesn't set nicely when layered with some products since this also pills. However, it is indeed water-resistant. I haven't tried to apply this another way (using a puff/sponge), but as much as possible I'd prefer the convenience of applying with my fingers.
