This is a hydrating serum. Has a nice light pleasant scent. That dissapates quickly in to the skin. This is a cream like serum. Thin consistency. Leaves the skin soft and radiant looking. It is very hydrating. Not ovey hydrating though. This can be used as a primer. And would probably be best suited as a primer since it leaves a sticky feeling behind. Will grip on to makeup.
