This all-in-one Cica Balm cleanses and soothes your skin all at ones. It’s not hard at all like most balm’s textures, it’s really soft, sorbet-like and transforms into silky oil upon contact with skin. It emulsifies well and rinsed off with no issues. This balm effortlessly removes all traces of makeup and leaves the skin hydrated, soothed and silky smooth. My skin feels clean and balanced after using this balm. There are no tightness, dryness or residue left after washing it off.
