Rose Water
This has been my toner until last year when I couldn't find it at the grocery where I usually shop. Been using it for 5 years as a toner and it's hydrating and calms my skin when I have breakouts. It's pure rose essence and distilled water.
Nothing bad about this product but it's hard to find as it's usually in the international aisle of grocery stores.
