My thoughts and experience :
The texture is lotion like, it's so light but it take some times for this eye cream to complete absorb. I have been using this eye cream for a while and haven't noticed any significant differences either with the fine lines under my eyes or the dark circles. But it's quite hydrating. This is an OK eye cream for me.
It has fragrance even though it's not overwhelming fragrance but since it's eye cream and the skin around our eyes are thinner than others I would prefer without it. Even though so far it doesn't become a problem for me.
