This is great at any time because as I stated in the regular version’s review you have the control of how much gel and how much cream that you choose to use at that moment. So, you’re always in control if you want it to be thinner or thicker at any given application. I’ve been using this for 3 weeks now mainly as a night cream or as a sleeping mask. I have to say that the gel portion of this works amazingly as a sleeping mask or extra layer or another moisturizer. This helps my skin to remain hydrated & moisturized throughout the night into the next morning. I meticulously checked the INCI list of this & the regular GC and found only 7 ingredients in this that isn’t in the regular version, but somehow this is more rich. 😆 It must be the concentrations of certain main ingredients. But, anyway this is more rich & thicker than the original version & the cream egg in the center is also yolk colored instead of white. 🏵 Final Conclusion: Aside from the higher price, this is a very amazing gel & cream that anyone can use. This is formulated to be a little more rich that the normal version, but works great for my combo/acne prone skin. I love mixing the portions to be the best occlusive layer for overnight use & highly recommend this as a sleeping mask as well. If you can afford the price this has amazing ingredients & should work for anyone. *PR, but review is completely honest. 🙃
