Oil Free Lotion SPF 30
I love this suntan lotion because it is 100% oil free. This may sound crazy, but i was on a diet and mg doctor told me i had to eliminate all oils from my diet to restart my weightloss. This particular sunscreen is what my doctor recommended. Apparently when you are on a restricted diet you body will try to absorb the oils from everything to make up for not getting it in the foods you eat. Perfume, shampoo, lotion, sunscreen. They all can contain oil and your body will absorb it. Sounds crazy i know. But it is true. I’ve lost over 106 pounds by eliminating oils and watching my diet. This is now the main sunscreen i use for all over protection. And it was doctor recommended. Win win.
It soes smell like a typical sunscreen and if you get some in your eyes it does tend to burn like sunscreen is known to do.
