muhdfaiz review for 2% Salicylic Acid Acne Spot Treatment Gel

💧Texture : Water-based gel, and no fragrance used. 📝 Ingredients : It is formulated with both plant extracts and salicylic acid to combate acne and inflammation. The plant extract used are centella asiatica, red sage extract and meadowsweet, which help to reduce inflammation and redness, while salicylic acid helps to unplug clogged pores and fasten acne healing process. Besides, it is infused with ceramides to protect skin barrier, as well as tones of humectants such as beta glucan, sodium hyaluronate and panthenol, to keep affected area hydrated. 💫 Experience : It is a very gentle acne spot treatment, which I think it’s too gentle too my skin. From my observation, this gel doesn’t really help to unplug pus of acne faster, but it really helps to reduce redness and swelling of acne. Usually, I’ll use this gel in the morning, on my acne since it doesn’t leave white residue like benzoyl peroxide. I’ll not use this at night because i need a more effective treatment for my acne. After the pus came out, i’ll use this gel for one to two nights, and *walla !*, the redness and inflammation of the acne disappear ! I would recommend this if you have a sensitive skin, especially towards benzoyl peroxide, because it is really gentle, and no tingling sensation at all.
