• This toner is packed with a lot of goodies: squalane, colloidal oatmeal, wild oat extract, honey, propolis extract. It’s also free of alcohol and fragrance so it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. • It has a nice consistency not runny, so I can pour it onto my fingers then apply it to my face without using a cotton pad. • It does a very good job of soothing and hydrating. However, after 3 weeks of using don’t see any noticeable improvements in terms of redness, skin tone or fine lines like what the brand claims.
