Light lotion consistency. It goes on a little streaky at first but still absorbed and blended out nicely. There is no white cast and it dries down to a neutral to semi matte finish. It does have a slight tacky feeling but not uncomfortable. Sits well under makeup and can also double up as a primer. Not the most hydrating spf.
