So idk why they have claimed such thing.) • Battle blemishes by regulating sebum 🧖🏻‍♀️My Experience : Well, first of all, A LOT OF CLAIMS. I bought this toner when I read it has fermented rice water. Because DIY rice water doesn't suit my skin even though I wanna incorporate it in my routine so bad🥲 It has 3% Niacinamide which is sufficient to act upon blemishes. However, the whole formula and your skin type always play essential role in giving any result. It's very affordable toner so I thought it would be better to layer upon my skin. Well, it didn't disappoint me though. I layer it 2-3 times and it doesn't feel heavy. But... honestly it just sinks in my skin like no other product but I don't feel it hydrates my skin. I follow it by my hyaluronic acid toner (2 layers) and my skin looks supple. So, this toner doesn't show any change in my skin's suppleness. However, it has improved my skin texture a little bit. You can layer this toner and use it to prep your skin for next steps. Because one thing I've observed is, whenever I apply this toner, other products sink in my skin with better absorption. Also, it has just 3% Niacinamide, which is great if you are starting with Niacinamide or you have sensitive skin. And its suitable for all skin types. So enjoy~
