ShwetaU review for Calm Down Hydro Water Toner

First of the packaging of this product is very catchy yet very vibrant and when you open it, it says 'nice to meet you' ; I mean how cute is that, now talking about about the product itself. The first effect which i felt was it smoothen my skin, it gave a soothing and calming effect to my skin. The fact it's very lightweight and non greasy makes it a very ideal toner for the oily skin people. But it's sold with the claim to help out dry skin people but i don't see it that prominent as they would need atleast need to apply 2 to 3 layers for getting immense hydration. All in all, its a very good toner and I'm satisfied how it made my skin look and feel.
