Sushen review for Waterfull Hyaluronic Acid Toner

Ⓣⓔⓧⓣⓤⓡⓔ Viscous and slightly thick Ⓔⓧⓟⓔⓡⓘⓔⓝⓒⓔ My first impression towards the packaging, it not like normal toner come with flat cap. It still can be operate using single hand, and the content won’t come out when not squeezing. I need to control the amount of used. Although it seems gonna be very watery but it quite viscous. When I apply more, my skin tend to become very greasy. It does sink to my skin fast, but it leave greasiness on top of it. For morning routine, I only apply one layer. For night routine, I might up to two layer. If there is dry flake over my face, I will soak toner pad to toner and have some toner pad mask time. Overall, this toner really suitable those with dehydrated skin. It provide intense moisture and make skin plum.
