Niacinamide solution is all that this is, and that is about as straightforward as it gets. I used this twice a day after cleansing, and one thing I really liked about it was that it restore my face's moisture after using a cleanser that stripped it. The itching sensation that I primarily encounter in my cheek area has subsided after using this for a few times, proving that the product lives up to its claims. It definitely made my face look a lot cleaner. I would pat this down on my face with just my palms because it has a feel that is almost exactly like water.
