My Impression: It truly true to put "gentle" in this cleanser because it has the same meaning as low, soft and friendly. First, gentle is low. Because the level of its cleaning is low, it is better to use it in the morning. In addition, I have done my night skincare routine and I don't put on my makeup so it can clean my skin easier. Unluckily, it is unfit for clean any makeup and it clean lower than micellar water. Next, gentle is soft and friendly. When my skin has redness, itchiness & irritation so badly, please use it. It clean my sensitive skin soft & friendly without worry my skin feel worse. All in all, I'd rate this a 4.5/5
