The consistency is very smooth and is slightly tacky until it is sealed in with moisturizer or sunscreen. It retails for $10 for 15mL and honestly lasts quite a while with daily usage. Peptides - reduce appearance of fine lines but still provide hydration Squalane - skin conditioning Hyaluronic acid - boost hydration — I have used this eye cream for close to 6 months now. The area under the eye is definitely more hydrated than before. I have always had dark circles under my eyes but it DOES look better with consistent use of this eye cream.
