In addition to being a potent depuffer, the Florence by Mills Swimming Under the Eyes Gel Pads are also the stuff of Instagram fantasies.  According to Bhanusali, "These gel pads have a tendency to both vaso-constrict (push fluid out of the area, especially when it's cool) and also deliver ingredients."  💜My experience This one appears to be a decent alternative to reduce puffiness and contains a lot of relaxing elements. These eye pads rip easily, the ones on top don't stay moist, and they're difficult to remove from the container. I also noticed that there isn't much serum, thus it doesn't cover all of the gel pads. I placed two of the gel pads in the form of whales on the skin around my eyes.  The shape is really cute however they do slip down because of the unusual form (I had to put the whales' heads on top of the bridge of my nose to get the shape as close to my undereyes as possible.) When I wore it, it felt cooling against my skin and finally hydrated it (and a little sticky from the excess serum). These are better for mild dry eyes that are swollen and fatigued. It functions best when your under eye area is prepared before you apply eye makeup. Also doubles to catch any fallout. Eyes appear noticeably more awake.  However, I wouldn't pay full price.  For optimal results, keep them in the fridge.
