COSRX - RachelSrour review for Hydrium Watery Toner

The toner is very lightweight, almost like water. After using it my skin feels moisturize and calm. The Hyaluronic Acid ensures this essential water stays firmly locked and keep the skin hydrated, soft and smooth though out thr day. I also love how it makes my skin look a bit dewy. The toner is fragrance free but still smell nice slightly remind me the ocean. I highly appreciate that this product is free from: Parabens, Alcohol, Artificial Fragrance, Mineral oils.
