Alo Yoga - myplussizelife review for Luminizing Face Moisturizer

I was sent this product for free by Alo Yoga and Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. Alo Yoga is a clean, vegan, and cruelty free brand. In the Luminizing Face Moisturizer there is no fragrance added. There is a light scent to the product, but it is naturally occurring from the ingredients. I used this for about two weeks, trying it different ways and at different times of the day. I never had a bad reaction, so that was really good. I really wanted to love this moisturizer, but I just couldn't make it work for me. It has a rich, creamy texture that I thought would be great on my skin, but once applied to the face it felt too thick and a bit hard to spread. Despite being filled with great hydrating and moisturizing ingredients like Avocado Oil, Squalane, Sweet Almond Oil, etc.. it would never really absorb into my skin. So I was just left like it was sitting on top of my skin. And if you happened to be out in the heat of the day or caught in the rain it wasn't a nice result. I latterly felt like it was sliding off my face a couple of times. Bottom line, I would not repurchase and I would not recommend to a friend.
