This is a light toner. I apply a small amount of product to a soft cotton ball or pad and gently blotting and wiping my face with it will remove oil and give the appearance of smaller pores. It doesn't irritate my skin or leave it red, I like that it acts like a moisturizer, living the skin revitalized, balanced, did not dry out my skin and removed any residual makeup and dirt on my face post washing. I use it daily once a day and I will definitely purchase again.
