🌾 𝑴𝒐𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒛𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒓 (250ml) ~ The Vegan Rice Milk is a mild “botanical rice milk” with an ingredient of Sandui Rice from Jeju Island, completed the grinding and milking process, this maintains the moisture retention of the skin. Together with the vegan rice milk, the aqua ceramide helps stabilize alkalized skin with low-pH 5.5 as well as calm down sensitive skin from its first step of skincare. What I love about this toner was the texture. It was watery but slightly viscous. This is a bit sticky when dispense out of the bottle but my skin absorbs it quickly. Although I have an oily skin, there’s no tacky feeling afterwards. Best part, I can use this toner every morning without worrying to feel oily in a humid day.
