I received this product for free from Picky and Acwell in exchange for my honest review Its claim to balancing the Ph but im not really sure because i dont have tools to proof it But what i feel is when i apply this toner my skin feels more moist like it drank up the product and it doesnt as thightening as before My skin also feels smoother The redness calm a lil bit The dry patches also moisten For the price wise also good and affordable Note : i use this for a week
