Marine Care Cream Toner
It has a milky, lightweight texture. To be honest, this kind of texture is something my dry skin would love! It provides enough hydration for my dehydrated skin even just one layer. If you have dry to dehydrated skin and your skin isn't sensitive to fragrance, this toner is definitely worth a try!
Sadly, i don't really like this toner because it makes the skin around my nose stings. I have sensitive skin so skincare with fragrance tends to irritate my skin. It's also too fragrant for me, it feels like i put cologne on my face. I also feel like this toner is just sit on top of my skin when I tried to layering it multiple times.
