Although it is quite far from the thick toners, it feels smooth and refreshing on skin, giving that glowy look but not sticky at all. The smell kinda like herbal citrus and it does go away within just a few seconds. One layer is good enough and I recommend you to use it with a cotton pad and then gently sweep across the face, moving from the center, outwards. To help remove stubborn makeup, press a soaked cotton pad against the skin for a few moments to help dissolve the makeup before sweeping it away. I’d say I was pretty impressed by the performance. It helps remove any dirt or makeup that my cleanser might have missed and I feel like my skin feels revitalized after using it. The best part is that its moisturizing. I have the gorgeous glow and my skin feels plump, bouncy, and moisturized.
