It contains two powerful skin brighteners: 10% licorice water and peony extract. This toner has a pH level of 5.5 to effectively balance your skin and keeps the moisture barrier undisturbed. This is a surprising toner because it is recommended to use as a cleansing water which is great for someone like me who usually immediately falls asleep after removing my makeup. This worked so well on my skin, maybe because of its toner like benefits, even when I only used this and skipped washing my face, my skin is still clear when I woke up.
