Pure Epsom Salt Soaking Solution with Coconut Oil
My bf recently got me Dr. Teals epsom salt to hekp my body relax after my daily workouts and omg it has been absolutely fantastic!!! My sches and oains just melt away in avoyt half an hour soaking in just a few cups of this epsom salt. Plus, it comes in HUGE bags so it goes a long way.
The onky negative about this product is after you take yoyr hakf an hoyr soak its like your body gors through a little detox so to avpid further dehydration and or aches returning later on I HIGHLY recommend drinking A LOT OF WATER AFTERWARDS!!! But thats literally the only negative ti this product.
