Official innisfree website says to use it directly after toner but I felt it would be too much. I used it as a last step in the evening routine before sleep mask to add extra layer of hydration. It's hard to say whether it helped but in the morning my skin was fresh and hydrated. It didn't irritate or break me. Overall I'm happy with it. I guess people with dry skin would appreciate it even more but for me in winter season it is pretty solid product to try. 😍😍.
