It’s a tubing mascara that coats & holds each lash, water resistant. Coats with veggie polymers. Does remove easily with warm water. Why tubing? It’s smudge, clump free, defines, separates & lengthen lashes & doesn’t run. I find it to be more of a dry mascara typical of tubing versions. I just find it takes a few coats to get desired result. Micro curvy wand applies quickly. A great mascara, delivers results. ➡️4.8/5⭐️
