My holy grail sunscreen of 2022! โจ
๐ฟ great level of UV protection
๐ฟ contains my two must-have ingredients: niacinamide (for skin tone evening) and ceramides (for skin barrier repair)
๐ฟ very lightweight and quick to absorb (despite its texture)
๐ฟ no irritation on my oily, acne-prone skin
๐ฟ natural skin finish (neither matte nor dewy)
๐ฟ can serve as 2-in-1 since itโs also sufficiently moisturizing (though I still apply a gel moisturizer prior to applying this)
๐ฟ alcohol free and fragrance free
๐ฟ non-greasy, non-sticky, and no white cast
๐ฟ works well under makeup
๐๐ผ Not super happy with the cost per unit ratio (โฑ11.63 per gram) since it doesnโt seem cost-effective, unless the product is used as a sunscreen AND moisturizer.
๐๐ผ Percentages of ingredients arenโt disclosed by the brand โ therefore, not sure if niacinamide present is sufficient (2-5%) to reap full benefits.
๐๐ผ Product amount is 30g, which doesnโt last very long for daily use.
๐๐ผ While this sunscreen works really well for me with no negative effects, I asked my friend to try it and they immediately experienced an allergic reaction (red rashes and stinging). So please exercise caution and patch test first!
Basically, a great sunscreen if you arenโt sensitive to its ingredients and donโt mind frequently repurchasing the product. Hoping the brand will come out with a bigger size soon!
