Pearly08 review for Oat Cleansing Balm

I used this cleansing balm as my first step of my skincare routine. This is for removing my makeup and dirt in my face. It latters well and it doesn’t need too much water to activated the balm. This is a gel to oil makeup remover. It removes and cleanses the face, but always follow it by your regular cleanser to maximize the removal of dirt and oil on face. It also doesn’t have fragrance which sometimes irritated skin.
