I’m not necessarily impressed with it, but it did work fine for my oily skin. This toner is extremely lightweight yet provides with intense hydration. The absorption is fast, no residue, natural finish. It can be layered multiple times, doesn’t cause any irritation, works well for both morning and night time routines. It provides sufficient hydration for my oily skin making it look plump and supple but I’m not sure if it’ll be enough for dry skin.

I also didn’t find it really soothing. It does feel slightly cooling and refreshing though. My skin is not sensitive and usually is not irritated, so most of the times this toner’s soothing benefits are just enough for me. However, whenever my skin is actually irritated, this toner doesn’t do much. I have better products in my skincare stash to deal with irritation. Also, the bottle is really small.. I went through this toner in a bit more than two months. Overall though, I’ve quite enjoyed using it and I’d recommend it to people with oily, not sensitive skin.
