JillF review for Phyto Plump Collagen Toner

This. Is my holy grail toner. My skin feels plumped and bouncy and smooth after application. The consistency is liquidy just right, not too thick, not too watery. It absorbs in my skin quickly and leaves my skin hydrated and soft, and dewy. After a week of using it everyday, as a result, my skin looks and feel healthier and brighter. My lines around my mouth also blurred. Plus it's vegan, has no fragrance, no scent at all. I'm totally satisfied with this toner.
