10% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum
My thoughts ๐ญ and Experience: I got this serum back in the beginning of September and itโs now empty after 3 months of daily use. Pure Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic acid) is clinically proven to boost collagen production, fade hyperpigmentation and boost UV protection under sunscreen. I personally have not experienced a significant decrease in hyperpigmentation with Vitamin C and have been using it consistently for more than 5 years. I mainly use it for extra antioxidant protection under my sunscreen! This 20% Vitamin C serum is the strongest concentration of the ingredient I have used but it didnโt irritate my skin. Itโs a very thin watery formula and has a strange boiled hot dog ๐smell typical of a lot of Vitamin C serums. This serum is supposedly a #dupe of the SkinCeuticals C*E Ferulic acid serum but I have not used that yet. The Timeless vitamin C is $27 for 1oz and the Skinceuticals is $169 so I decided to take the tradeoff and settle for a lower priced Vit C serum. This one works alright but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired as it lets the product leak all over the place ๐. I am not sure Iโll repurchase in the future but Iโll decide after I get through the Maelove Glow Maker serum.
The packaging is leaks product
