A nourishing oil toner formulated with Carotene and Carrot Extract that protect the skin with rich nutrients. The two-layered toner with oil and water helps prevent the skin from moisture lost by forming an oil-moisture barrier to the skin. The mist type toner enables the nourishment and moisture evenly spread on the skin and keeps the skin hydrated. This toner is watery, non-sticky and smells like freshly juiced carrots. It moisturizes my skin giving a plumpy look and a dewy finish.
