This was prescribed to me by my dermatologist, I have acne around my chin and cheeks that can scar very badly.
This was very good at getting rid of post-acne hyperpigmentation and scaring but not so much the acne itself. That's the only reason I kept using it.
I used this 2-3 times a week until I could build up to 4-5x and it wasn't overly irritating, just a little drying so I had to use a thicker moisturizer.
- Did not get rid of acne, still got hormonal acne (big painful pimples.)
- Short PAO date, only 6 months.
- Kinda drying when used every other day, I had to slather moisturizer on top of it.
