Jonette review for Green Tea Eye Gel Patch

First, let me just say I love Green Tea in my skincare and those tiny speckled leaves on the eye patches are truly pretty! And the container too, so I'm a-gonna keep that! Other notable ingredients are Niacinamide (3rd!)Glycerin, Allantoin, Houttuynia Cordata, licorice root extract, peony, mulberry, saururus Chinensis(all of which has some brightening properties) Green Tea powder but only 0.2% Green Tea is rich in antioxidants would surely help our delicate eye area, which unfortunately one of the 1st areas to show our age. 😢 With an ultra-soft Hydrogel patch (the thinnest from the eye patches that I've used) and with a nice subtle green tea scent it is truly relaxing to have them. It has so much essence! Speaking of which, it does slide because of that especially if you don't store it in the fridge. Keeping it in the fridge somehow 'thickens' the essence & helps the patches to stay put, plus of course, that cold, refreshing feel that helps with puffiness too! I love having this 1st thing in the morning, after washing my face and applying my toner and essence, then I can have my coffee or breakfast. After 20 minutes the patches do shrink a bit, which means my skin has absorbed the essence! The eye area is more hydrated & yes brightened too. I look more rested as if I had a good night's sleep! (I have mild insomnia so I tend to have puffy eyes & of course, I do look tired 😬) With these eye patches, I can easily fool anyone that I have the most restful sleep! 😊❤️
