Skincarewithtai review for 09 Dreamy Lilac Garden (Milk Grocery Series)

This eyeshadow palette features 10 matte shades in a variety of brown, pink and nude tones. The shades are very soft and natural and not intense as expected from Korean eye makeup. I have very pigmented eyelids so I usually prep with a colour corrector and concealer before I start using any eyeshadow. The formula is powdery and there is slight fallout. Overall, this eyeshadow palette is great for makeup beginners as there’s no risk of messing up and those who are into natural, everyday makeup!
