Mugwort Cica Essence Toner

What I love about this toner is that it contains mugwort and cica which are good to sooth and calm acne and redness. It has light-essence texture and glides smoothly upon application on the skin. It doesn't contain any fragrance, and I barely smell anything weird. I have repurchased this 4 times and it still is my favourite toner ever!

I haven't found anything bad from this toner, but dry skin would probably need extra hydrating ingredients as I feel the hydration is just so on my oily skin.
