It has a white cream texture. The finish is more matte & moist. There is a tone up effect that makes the skin brighter without looking gray, so it's definitely not a white cast, okay? What is certain is that you have to be patient in blending it so that it is even, I usually use a little at first (it's layered, basically according to the measurement of 2 fingers). Recommended?
