Same thing and experience as the night patches. The packaging suggested applying the patch when there's visible pus, so I followed the instructions. After 12 hours I peeled off the patch, only to notice no real change. Then, I decided to take matters into my own hands and gently pressed to release the pus, cleaned the area up and applied the patch. Turns out, that tactic did the trick. After another 12 hours, when I removed the patch, I finally saw some action – there was actually something on it. Progress at last!
