Dr. Ceuracle - natiLar review for Pure VC Mellight Boosting Essence

First, I thought it was a cleanser, as it has a foamy texture, but it is a serum! It is so fun! Absorbs very fast as well. I do think it's brightening my skin. I like the feel and formula and even though it has a bit chemical smell, I don't mind. The rest can be seen in the video.
