Besides providing a high level protection, the sunstick is supposed to offer calming/soothing and nourishing benefits. The texture is balmy without being sticky, resulting in a natural, moisturized and non-greasy finish. It’s so handy too and easily fits in my handbag or pocket. I experienced no irritation, peeling or eye stinging and definitely no dreaded white caste. Like most sunsticks, I primarily use it for reapplication, as sunsticks are designed for this purpose and not to replace your regular sunscreen. I live in a climate that is predominantly hot and humid and reapplication was honestly a chore until I discovered sunsticks. They have been a game changer and I think this sunstick not only gives a very natural finish but is also incredibly convenient to reapply or carry around. It has certainly become a new favorite of mine. However, the fragrance, although pleasant, is somewhat strong, but I gradually got used to it, so just a heads up to that. I did not experience any irritation but if you have sensitive and oily/acne prone skin, a patch test is recommended. Rest of us would really enjoy this sunstick.
